Octavia Heiner Octavia Heiner Octavia L. Heiner, 84, of Sebring died June 16, 2010. Born in Columbus, Ind., she moved to Sebring in 1989. She was a laboratory supervisor in the medical field and was of the Seventh-day Adventist faith. She is survived by her sister, Ruby Reder.
