William Maas

William Maas

William Walter Maas, 82, of Sebring died Aug. 3, 2008. Born in East Norwalk, Conn., he moved to Sebring in 2000. He was employed in the resident apartment field serving as resident manager. He served in the United States Navy as a radioman in the Philippines during World War II. He was a member of Sebring Christian Church.

Survivors include his wife, Jean; and daughter, Donna Jean Wilson.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6, at Sebring Christian Church with the Rev. Tod Schwingel officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hope Hospice. Arrangements are being handled by the Michael A. Brochetti Funeral Home, Lake Placid.
