Walker Memorial Academy prepares for talent show

AVON PARK - The public is invited to attend the annual "Talent Show and Bake Auction" on Saturday, March 23 in the Walker Memorial Academy gym, 1525 W. Avon Blvd. Proceeds benefit the Walker Memorial Academy Senior Class of 2013.

Admission is $5 per person ($3 per for WMA students).

Academy plans Kindergarten Open House

AVON PARK - Walker Memorial Academy at 1525 W. Avon Blvd. has dual term accreditation. Join in the "Kindergarten Roundup" on Thursday, April 4.

Call 453-3131, ext. 201 to sign up for one two-hour session at 9 a.m. or 5:30 p.m. Visit the classroom, meet the principal, tour the campus, and feel free to ask questions for pre-testing.
