Frances A. Miller passed away peacefully on Oct. 2, 2012 at her home in Sebring. She was born in Philadelphia in 1928.
She is survived by three sons and two daughters, Donald Miller, Richard Miller, and Sandra Miller of Philadelphia, Linda Descalso of Avon Park, and Steven Miller of Sebring. She also had six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held in Philadelphia on Oct. 28, 2012.
