Myra Alice Guthrie Morse, 82, of Avon Park died Oct. 29, 2009. She was a homemaker and of the Presbyterian faith.<p>
She is survived by her sons, David L. and Drake G.; brother, Donald Guthrie; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.<p>
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2 in Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, Avon Park, with Pastor Bob Johnson officiating. Visitation will be from 12-1 p.m. (one hour prior to service). Entombment will follow in Bougainvillea Cemetery. The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the Highlands County Board of County Commissioners, 100 N. Museum Ave., Avon Park, FL 33825, Attn: Avon Park Library.<p>
