Elizabeth Rawlings Foster, 90, of Avon Park died Nov. 16, 2009. Born in Rector Town, Va., she was a lifelong resident of Avon Park. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Avon Park.<p>
She is survived by her daughter, Sylvia Cox; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.<p>
Graveside service will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21 in Bougainvillea Cemetery with the Rev. George Hall officiating. Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, Avon Park, is in charge of arrangements.<p>
