Teri Gallovich, 49, of Sebring died Nov. 17, 2012 at Good Shepherd Hospice. She was born in Fairview Park, Ohio.<p>
She is survived by her father, James Farrell, and mother, Beverly Farrell.<p>
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Dec. 1 at Whisper Lake Clubhouse, 1429 Whisper Lake Blvd., Sebring. Swann's Mortuary (863) 382-0737, Sebring, is in charge of arrangements.<p>
