Jessica and Darrell Swafford of Avon Park announce the birth of a son, Maximus Kick, at 2:16 p.m. on Nov. 9, 2012 at Florida Hospital Heartland Medical Center, Sebring.
Maximus weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and measured 21 inches in length.
Maternal grandparents are Dave and Maria Lock of Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
Paternal grandparents are Gary and Dawn Swafford of Freemont, Ind.
