Kenneth Lamar Armstrong, 28, of Lake Placid, was charged with resisting an officer and driving with license suspended or revoked.
Donna Marie Bryant, 43, of Sebring, registered as a criminal reference possession of cocaine, driving with license suspended or revoked and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
Horace Eugene Enmund, 41, of Sebring, was charged with driving with a license suspended or revoked.
Megan Marie Ennis, 24, of Sebring, was charged with battery.
Julian Raymond Ford, 33, of Norwich, Conn., was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked.
Julius Fuller, 46, of Sebring, was charged with battery.
