Brantley weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces and measured 18.5 inches in length.<p>
Maternal grandparents are T. Brantley and J. Smith.<p>
Paternal grandparents are Kim Rushing and Robby Hayden.<p>

Sharon Bishop and Joseph Santiago of Sebring announce the birth of a son, Raymond Alexander, at 6:10 p.m. on Feb. 15, 2013 at Highlands Regional Medical Center, Sebring.<p>
Raymond weighed 7 pounds and measured 19 inches in length.<p>
Maternal grandparents are Wayne Bishop and Leta Choquette.<p>
