Wonderful to have recyclers recognized and rewarded. But, how unfortunate you chose to publish a picture of the incorrect way to recycle -putting your recyclables in plastic bags.  <p>
Taxpayer money might be better spent if Keep Highlands Beautiful folks would occasionally monitor recycling drop-off areas to make sure folks knew what items could be recyclyed and how to so.<p>
