On Thanksgiving Day, I was thankful for Steven who works for Bob Evans restaurant. Every business should have a Steven working for them.<p>
After a phone call from my home in Michigan, he went above and far beyond his call. He took his busy time to help my 93-year-old parents have a Thanksgiving meal on Thursday. They were homebound and without relatives in Sebring.  <p>
Hats off to Steven. You are the epitomy of customer service. Many thanks to you. <p>
