Where were the county comissioners, city council members or representives of the sheriff's department and the police department at the Pearl Harbor ceremonies on Dec. 7? The media was missing, except the Lake Placid Journal.<p>
I was ashamed at the poor turn out of our supposedly dignitaries of Highlands County. The ceremony was over in 45 minutes and could have been covered by a lunch. Period.<p>
