Romney can't relate to living on minimum wages

Editor:

My comments are directed to anyone receiving Social Security, Medicaid, food assistance or any other type of government benefits. I began paying taxes at age 14 and have recently retired.

Mitt Romney labels retirees as "victims receiving government handouts". Under the guise of "less government" he has vowed to abolish the minimum wage. Mr. Romney is not capable of relating to surviving on minimum wage.

I urge anyone living on Social Security to send Mr. Romney a clear message. We earned the check we receive.

Can't Relate  (by: Concerned Republican  -   10/10/2012)

How can anyone that is severely concretive relate to spending billions on building 15 ships and 2 submarines a year? The defense department has not asked for them or the rest of the 2 trillion in aid that is planned to be given to the military industrial complex.

It is beyond understanding that any reasonable person would believe that a severely conservative candidate would have a plan to spend money we don't have to build 15 ships and 2 submarines a year. The Defense Department has not asked for this. Nor have they asked for the rest of the 2 trillion in aid to the military industrial complex.

I don't think you understand what you are saying or have heard. Abolishing minimum wage has nothing to do with your social security benefits. I highly doubt that any candidate is going to kill any social security benefit that has been earned by the person. However, assuming you support our current regime, his Obamacare does have funding cuts for your medicare to pay for all of the uninsured. Stop watching CNN and MSNBC for all your information. Just because its on TV does not make it fact.
