Banner Adpublished: Friday, March 09, 2012 HCSO looking for missing juveniles LAKE PLACID -- The Highlands County Sheriff's Office is requesting the public's assistance in locating three missing, endangered juveniles. -- Jocelyn Moncerrat Flores Calzada, 12, was last seen at 249 Highlands Blvd. in Lake Placid on the afternoon of Saturday, March 3. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a grey shirt. Jocelyn is a Hispanic female, approximately 4-foot-7, weighing approximately 125 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She may be in the company of Gerardo Garcia-Hernandez, approximately 27, who is between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-8 with a thin build and black hair cut into a Mohawk style. Anyone with information regarding Jocelyn Moncerrat Flores Calzada's whereabouts is requested to contact the Highlands County Sheriff's Office Special Victim's Unit at 863-402-7357 or Detective Brian Livesay at 863-402-7356. -- Alfonso Francis Hillman is a black male, 15, approximately 6-foot-2 and weighing approximately 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen in Lake Placid on the school bus on Feb. 24. Also missing is David Ashley Quiggle, a white male, also 15 unknown height and weight but with brown hair and brown eyes. David is also from Lake Placid. Originally. Alfonso was believed to be in the company of Francisco Jesus Espinoza, a white male, 21, who drives a 1993 blue Ford pickup truck with Florida tag N019DJ. Espinosa reported that he dropped off both subjects in Clearwater on the evening of Feb. 27. At that time Alfonso was believed to be wearing an orange and blue "Gators" ball cap, blue shirt and blue pants ripped at the knees. David was said to be wearing a gray Nike shirt and white and blue beach shorts. It is possible that Alfonso has been involved in an accident and has sustained injuries to his arm. Sources have indicated these juveniles may be in the St. Petersburg or Carrollwood areas at this time.
