He was taken into custody Monday by Broward deputy sheriffs and is being held without bond at the Broward County jail -- charged with vehicular homicide and driving without a valid license. Fox will be extradited here to face the charges. The crash occurred Wednesday, March 28, 2012 near the Alan Jay Automotive Network at about 6:30 p.m. Fox and five passengers were headed south on U.S. 27 in a GMC Envoy that was observed speeding and weaving through traffic on the highway. Roaf was driving north in her Ford Focus. Fox is reported to have lost control of the Envoy and run onto the median at high speed. The SUV hit a raised concrete drain, which lifted the vehicle's front end. Its forward momentum caused the car to launch into the air to the northbound lane where it landed directly on top of Roaf's car, killing her instantly. Fox was airlifted to Tampa General Hospital, where he was originally listed in serious condition, but recovered. For much of the year since the accident, he moved from one address to another in Broward County, said sources who, because they fear Fox, asked not to be identified. It is not yet known how Fox was located. ![]() Please (by: bAdLeY bEnT - 3/17/2013) Justice, please! Have a heart. Leave the Carlsons alone.
