I didn't know Mike personally, but I have heard some amazing things from those who did know him. It's a tragic loss and I am so sorry for your family, but do know that a good man like that is definately in a good place. I new Mike, for the true man he was. He loved Millie and her grandchildren dearly and would do whatever he could for them and anyone else that needed him. I also, pray that he new of the Lord and right now he is in a better place. We all need to seek God in a mighty way so, when it is time we will see him again. Mike, I know you are looking down at your loving Millie, who adored you and will always adore you. The majority of her conversation was about you and how wounderful you were with her and how much you loved her. May God bless Millie and her family and your family as well. You will be truely missed. Auto repair shop owners and mechanics jepordize their lives daily for the motoring public just by opening the shop. The public is unaware of the daily dangers we as techs endure daily. Combustiable fuel leaks, runaway cars, shop robberies of cash, tools, parts, or services, air hammer injuries, welding injuries, hand injuries, falling cars from hoists or jack stands, dealing with cheap and ungrateful customers which affects our mental stress and long term physical health - which are just many of the things we endure and face every where in this trade on a constant basis. For those of you who have to find another mechanic to replace Mike, if you are eventually able to find one as nice as he was, be appreciative. Say thank you, buy him some donuts w/coffee, a nice lunch, some cookies, or just a small Xmas gift just to know that you care. Because they may not be around very long to know they were liked. Mike you are definately in a better place. I will pray for you and your family.
