(by: A grandmother! - 11/10/2012) Everyone who attended that party needs to be charged. They witnessed the attack. They chose to sit and watch the brutal beating and did NOTHING to save Doty. ANYONE who did not assist him, killed him! Cody Kennedy (by: Joshua Wright - 11/9/2012) This arrest is great, but what about Cody Kennedy? He was in the truck when they went to buy gas to burn the poor kid. Welp (by: Doty Friend - 11/9/2012) To bad he's already out on bond! They all should have no bond until further investigation.
